Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned artwork.
Custom and commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
